The seller was very available to help me. The seller was able to help me in selecting another item for the item I ordered was not available. I would prefer the yaki texture to be more like the texture shown in the picture but I understand the the pictured textures can be decieving. The Yaki texture that I recieved was smoother than I expected. My clients are of african decent and the texture is important. I ordered this wig as a sample to see what my clients would perhaps recieve If I placed a larger order. I am not sure If I will reorder again but overall your customer service was Great!
